Banish gray hair with regular use of Kolganic Henna Hair Color!

My never ending battle with gray hair! This has been a huge problem since grade school and nothing I can do about it because it’s hereditary. So, I was this little grade schooler with streaks of white hair and didn’t care if people made fun of me.

Come high school, more grays surfaced and I had to start dyeing my hair or boys will think I’m weird, lol.. good thing that back then in the ’80s, hair colouring and streaks became a hit – with the New Wave sensation, funky fashion – weird became a status symbol, lol.

Dyeing my crowning glory continued in college and I used natural hair shades such as black and dark brown. Had to stay away from loud ones or suffer the consequences of being given lower grades in school just because I deviated from the norm rules.

These days, now that I am older and wiser, the quest for beauty is no longer an issue of vanity, but one of self-esteem. With the challenges at the workplace and the demands at home, it is not surprising that stress takes a toll on the way we look.

While the effects of sleeplessness might be instantly visible, anxiety’s long-term impact is often seen in the early graying of hair. It is not surprising that many individuals who are just in their 20s and 30s resort to dyeing their hair, not just for the sake of fashion, but to address the unsettling sight of white hair, if not, even hair loss.

In fact, almost half of the country’s population is now suffering from some form of hair loss or graying of hair. Of the present population of 100 million, almost half, comprising those who are 25 years old and upwards, are getting gray hair or losing their hair even before they turn 30, caused by the heavy intake of processed food and the stress of present-day living. It is not surprising that this growing market is looking for hair dyes that are safe and natural.

With this in mind, Best Deal Marketing is introducing to the local market a premium-grade henna-based hair dye that is easy to use and light on the pocket. Kolganic Henna Hair Color uses pure, rich and naturally cultivated henna to make Filipino hair soft, shiny and attractive. It can be used regularly, and since it is 100 percent free from paraben and ammonia, it is unlikely for anyone to have an adverse reaction to this product.

Kolganic is a play on the words for color and organic, because the henna powder used in Kolganic Henna Hair Color comes from naturally cultivated henna plants from India,” says Atty. Tony Salva, president of Best Deal Marketing. Henna is a plant that is indigenous to India that has been known for centuries for its superb hair coloring and conditioning properties. Compared with chemical-based hair dyes, henna-based products are not harmful to the body and do not cause hair loss with continuous use. It is the only hair product that naturally strengthens the hair and makes it shiny.

“Henna has the natural properties of making hair soft, smooth and shiny. It can even prevent dandruff, makes hair thicker and prevents falling hair. It makes hair healthy,” Atty. Salva explains. “It is no surprise to observe that users of henna powder dyes are seldom bald headed.”

Kolganic Henna Hair Color is manufactured in India in state-of-the-art facilities that are ISO 9001-certified. Aside from India, henna-based hair dye products are also popular in the Middle East, a testament to its efficacy. Atty. Salva says Kolganic Henna Hair Color offers 100 percent coverage.

“The color looks natural and blends naturally with the hair. The color stays for at least 30 to 40 days depending on users,” he says. “However, new gray hair usually grows after three to four weeks, making it necessary to apply Kolganic to the new growth.”

Most henna-based hair dye products are imported from abroad and are quite expensive to be used regularly, unlike chemical-based dyes. Compared with other brands, Kolganic only costs P159 for a box of six sachets. “One sachet is enough for men, while women may need two to three sachets depending on the volume of their hair,” he adds.

Even with constant use, consumers need not fear of allergic reactions. “We have doctors and senate executives who use henna, because it is all-natural. It does not have the harsh chemicals that can cause blurred vision and thinning of hair,” Atty. Salva explains. And you can apply it on your hair by yourself. Simply add enough water to the henna powder to make a paste, and apply it to your hair as you would regular hair dye products. It will have the smell of herbal tea. However, you need to keep the dye on your hair for no more than 30 minutes for the color to set. Afterwards, simply rinse it off and towel-dry.

Kolganic Henna Hair Color comes in brown, chestnut, black and burgundy colors. It is available at Mercury Drug stores and selected Watsons Personal Care Stores.
